Live Animal Pen Configurations
Livestock pens can be pre-configured to form a standard single pen, or
two individual half pens with two loading gates. The various pen configurations
and sizes are shown below. Pen configurations are dependant upon the size
and temperament of the animals to be shipped. Reference the IATA Live Animal
Handbook, for animal grouping information.
